According to Garuda Purana, if someone offers these things, one should not say no.

1. Kusa grass (Darba / Pavitram), water, milk and fragrant unguents should never be refused.

ಗರುಡ ಪುರಾಣದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಯಾರಾದರೂ ಈ ವಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದರೆ ಬೇಡ ಎನ್ನಬಾರದು.

1. ಕೂಸ ಹುಲ್ಲು (ದರ್ಬ / ಪವಿತ್ರಂ), ನೀರು, ಹಾಲು ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಮಳಯುಕ್ತ ಪದಾರ್ಥಗಳನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟಾಗ ಎಂದಿಗೂ ನಿರಾಕರಿಸಬಾರದು.
